- Generate pick list according to Purchase Order (PO) received
- Prepare Delivery Order (DO), invoices, proposals and quotations as and when required
- Attend to customer complaints
- Plan and manage outdoor service
- Follow up on delivery for order received
- Handle administration matter for the sales & operation team
- At least SPM Qualification with 3 years relevant working experience or Diploma in any field with 2 years working experience.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) proficiency.
- Fast Learner and Well-Organized.
- High Sense of Responsibility to Complete Task Given.
- Candidates must have skills in Computer Literacy and Communication Skills.
- Working Location: Cheras Desa Tun Razak.
- Working Hours: Monday - Saturday.
