- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide accurate information regarding healthcare products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and ensure follow-up as needed
- Collaborate with other teams to address complex customer concerns
- Assist in processing orders, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims
- Maintain knowledge of healthcare industry trends and company updates
- Meet performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction
- Minimum of SPM
- At least 6 months of working experience,
- With a preference for candidates with at least 6 months of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills in both Mandarin, Cantonese and English (Speaking, reading and writing)
- Willing to work on 24/7 rotational shifts (5 working days/week, 2 off days)
- Having any Customer Service/healthcare experience would be an added advantage.
