- Provide accurate information regarding healthcare products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and ensure follow-up as needed
- Collaborate with other teams to address complex customer concerns
- Assist in processing orders, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims
- Maintain knowledge of healthcare industry trends and company updates
- Meet performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction
- Candidate must possess minimum Diploma in any related field.
- Familiar with customer service requirement with minimum 2 ~ 3 years of working experience.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail in documentation and shipment processes.
- Able to multi-task and work with deadlines under minimum supervision.
- Good communication skill, committed and positive working attitude.
- Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office.
- Fixed working hours: 8:30am-5:30pm ( Monday-Friday)
