  • Document customer interactions and ensure follow-up as needed
  • Collaborate with other teams to address complex customer concerns
  • Assist in processing orders, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims
  • Maintain knowledge of healthcare industry trends and company updates
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction
  • Candidate must possess minimum Diploma in any related field.
  • Familiar with customer service requirement with minimum 2 ~ 3 years of working experience.
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail in documentation and shipment processes.
  • Able to multi-task and work with deadlines under minimum supervision.
  • Good communication skill, committed and positive working attitude.
  • Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office.
  • Fixed working hours: 8:30am-5:30pm ( Monday-Friday)
