Required - Degree OR Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Service

  • Assist customers on Web Help and Technical Frontline issues.
  • Can work on a 24/7 rotational shift
  • Able to read traditional Mandarin words
  • Able to mainly handle live chat & email and outbound calls.
  • 5 days working
