  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do:
1.1. Video content that requires shooting
  • This applies to production of TVC, capsules and branded content series.
  • Upon receiving the brief, team will be going through a process with procurement to engage with vendors of relevant expertise and experience as required by the project/clients.
  • This job requires detailed planning from preproduction, production and post.
  • To ensure execution is done within stipulated timelines while adhering to the agreed budget and resources.
  • Team is also responsible to manage clients in getting inputs and approvals in the production of the content.
  • To ensure local broadcasting rules and regulations are adhered to, carefully observing cultural sensitivities and language, legal issues, copyright and privacy.
1.2 Content that requires post production
  • This applies mostly on sponsorship campaigns of shows on TV platform where AMS is required to produce deliverables within client's entitlements. This includes but not limited to branded opening and closing, lower third, secondary event, breaker in/out, promo tag on and branded promo.
  • To oversee and determine the creative direction, selecting and proposing suitable voice over talents, audio mix, house mastering, censorship submissions.
1.3 Video editing
  • Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience
  • Take a brief to grasp production team's needs and specifications
  • Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes' value and contribution to continuity
  • Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
  • Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
  • Create rough and final cuts
  • Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
  • Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process
  • Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry's best practices to maximize efficiency.
Commercial production is also supporting Marketing Services and Creative Solutions in producing the following materials.
  • Event coverage for the purpose of amplifying AMS work on our trade marketing platform like Quake.
  • Production of case study videos from scripting, video flow, voiceover and animation.
  • Producing videos for selected pitching sessions where videos are required for explanation and impact.
Apart from producing video materials, Commercial Production is also responsible in ensuring our production competitiveness by
  • Expanding production network by progressively looking for new talents, production houses, studios, directors and content developers who provide great quality of work with a competitive pricing.
  • Exploring new technologies including but not limited to virtual application, equipment and software.
  • Introducing the latest video content trend for commercial purposes to expand our marketing solution horizon.
  • Identify areas of workflow to improve and enhance within stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
Who you are:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in production-related field, social media/online platform experience is a bonus.
  • Knowledge in editing software e.g. FCPX, Adobe creative suites.
  • Knowledge in live streaming on social media is a bonus e.g. OBS, NDI Tools.
  • Good oral/written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, speaking in Mandarin is a bonus.
  • Capable of working independently and a good team player.
  • Able to operate under high pressure condition.
  • Able to manage client and production house in a thoughtful manner.
