About the role
As the Project Manager, Agency Services, you will be part of a team responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of marketing campaigns and packages. Your primary focus will be on overseeing campaign management, engaging in agency relationships, and operational efficiency. You will ensure your campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. Additionally, you will drive personal enablement and facilitate continuous improvement in campaign processes. Your role will also involve tactical oversight, performance tracking, and reporting to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
This position requires strong independent working, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where collaboration and strategic thinking are key to delivering exceptional results.
What you'll do
Campaign and Agency Management:
- Oversee the delivery of all your campaigns.
- Manage the performance of agencies for those campaigns.
- Sign IOs and approve invoices for agencies.
- Optimize Monday.com for campaign tracking.
- Adhere to processes for visibility, efficiency and accountability.
- Track and share results, including case studies.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders & clients when necessary to ensure smooth implementation and execution of campaigns.
- Ensure quarterly packages objectives are met.
- Keep abreast of current digital marketing trends to improve products and CX
Product Development:
- Enhance the lead generation packages offering through innovation.
- Add new products to the marketing catalogue, when gaps are identified.
- Ensure an excellent client experience by delivering high-quality performance.
- Keep materials (sales guides, SOWs, campaign briefings, partner-facing docs) up-to-date and organised in SP.
- Promote internal use of case studies.
- Become a subject matter expert (SME) in lead generation.[AP1]
Commercial Operations:
- Comply with internal procedures.
- Track campaigns regularly and ensure excellent delivery from suppliers.
- Report to senior management and flag challenges with potential solutions.
- Handle inbound requests and support.
- Execute and enhance survey processes.
- Act as the escalation point for any issues.
- Support the sales team as a subject matter expert, assisting and when required, creating marketing proposals based on objectives and budget.
- Calculate and optimise costs.
Project and Financial Management:
- Drive revenue recognition, ensuring internal teams execute campaigns according to forecast.
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition for predictability and reliable budgeting.
- Manage daily operations and ensure accurate financial tracking.
- Oversee APAC campaigns, ensuring campaign delivery and final reporting.
- Drive OIPs for campaigns and revenue recognition.

- Advanced proficiency in Monday.com, Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
