Job Description • Responsible to manage issues and risks associated with the project, including balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks, and will manage aspects through formal change management mechanisms. • Develop, implement, and maintain a detailed project work plan, including appropriate controls, governance structures and monitoring to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality outcomes. • Project Management Governance to ensure accurate development and traceability of requirements during the project lifecycle. • Prepare the project progress, status update and chair the progress meeting with the customer. • Responsible to manage the change enablement process throughout the project duration. • Responsible to assist project teams in managing resources and information, handling departments’ scheduling and planning meetings and project activities. • Responsible to manage, control, coordinate and oversee the various project schedule and implementations to ensure that projects are completed on time. • Establish a strong relationship with customers, partners and/or team members to manage any internal or external. • Ensure to meet the project object, project deliverable and customer satisfaction. • To undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
