ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Multimedia & Creative Executive. The Multimedia & Creative Executive will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing the design works for marketing purposes, company social media platforms management and running through the sales campaigns besides handling the company’s other multimedia tasks such as managing the videography & photography that promote our solutions and enhance our brand. The Multimedia & Creative Executive will also develop create content strategies, optimize social media channels, and work together with the marketing team to create digital marketing campaigns that align with our marketing goals.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITES:
- Content Creation & Multimedia management: Craft visually stunning and engaging multimedia contents - videos, graphics, and photography - that speaks to the heart of the target audience.
- Copywriting Mastery: Write persuasive and on-brand copy for posts, captions, and marketing materials that resonate with your audience.
- Platform Strategy: Develop and execute strategic social media campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms, ensuring timely and consistent postings.
- Community Engagement: Build meaningful relationships with company page followers, and brand advocates. Respond to comments and messages with a personable and professional tone.
- Collaborative Innovation: Work alongside the marketing, sales, and graphic design teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and brainstorm fresh content ideas.
- Handle company’s product promotional campaigns and digital marketing activities
- Trendspotting & Adaptability: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging social media tools to keep your strategies cutting-edge
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors / Diploma in Designing, Marketing, Multimedia, Communication or related fields
- Experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns
- Experience with Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Knowledge of content strategy, creation, curation and good communication skills
- Ability to analyze social media data for insights and campaign optimization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other related design tools are a plus.
