Admin Assistant

  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion and care.
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff, including managing their calendars, preparing reports.
  • Use office tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, or any proprietary software the company uses.
  • Ensure accuracy in data entry, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Handle various tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Supporting higher-level executives or senior management.

Warehouse Assistant

  • Ensure products are stored properly, following safety and organizational guidelines.
  • Check items for damage or defects before storage or shipment. Report any issues to management.
  • Unload incoming stocks, check them against purchase orders, and verify the quantity and condition of goods received.
  • Loading stocks for drivers for next day deliveries, ensure the stocks loaded and the picklist are accurate.
  • Place goods in the correct locations in the warehouse, making sure that all stock is accessible and organized for easy retrieval.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Ensure that safety guidelines are adhered to and report any safety hazards to management.
  • Use warehouse management software or spreadsheets to track inventory, shipments, and order statuses.
  • Maintain accurate records for shipments, deliveries, and returns. Ensure that all orders are processed correctly and on time.
  • Assist in creating reports on stock levels, order fulfillment, and any discrepancies found during inventory checks.
  • Properly handle and report damaged goods, ensuring that they are either disposed of or returned to the supplier.
