  • Assist in CO endorsement and counter reception services and maintain proper records of endorsements made.
  • Key in data of CO and generate CO reports.
  • Assist in upkeep and monitoring housekeeping and maintenance of office facilities, meeting rooms, training rooms and office equipment.
  • Collate and prepare for despatch reports as and when required.
  • Assist in FMM and FMM Institute activities i.e disseminate information via circulars and e-mail.
  • Printing of notes, handouts, circular, brochure and other dcouments.
  • Any other duties, as and when delegated by HOB and immediate superiors.

Requirements

  • SPM or at least 1 year working experience.
  • Possess valid driving license.
  • Good computer knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
