Sales Admin Clerk
We are looking for a Sales Admin Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents
- Process customer inquiries and orders
- Ensure accuracy of data entry into the customer database
- Maintain customer records and profiles
- Prepare reports for management
- Assist with customer follow-up calls
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Provide support with sales campaigns and promotional activities
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication, customer service, and data entry skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software programs
