HR Job Description:

  • Oversee full spectrum of HR functions, including employee benefits, attendance, training, and maintaining HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and government standards.
  • Lead HR projects and handle labor relations, including foreign worker applications and renewals.
  • Manage expatriate matters, including liaising with KDN, applying for JCS, CIDB passes, and safety permits.
  • Conduct recruitment, including job postings, candidate shortlisting, interviews, and reference checks.
  • Address employee relations issues confidentially, including handling grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Prepare HR documents, such as confirmation letters and performance appraisals.

Admin Job Description:

  • Organize company events, functions, and celebrations.
  • Handle filing, data entry, and maintain procedural documentation.
  • Manage supplier relationships and coordinate air/sea shipments.
  • Prepare import/export shipping documentation and ensure compliance with international regulations.
  • Coordinate shipment schedules and support customs clearance processes.
  • Familiar with the MIDA process and Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse procedures.
  • Experience with Autocount System and Infotech is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
