Job Title: Admin and Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin and Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist with marketing activities to ensure smooth operations and successful marketing campaigns. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

**Administrative Duties:**

- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.

- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.

- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, Whatsapps and mail.

- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.

- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

- Provide general support to visitors and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.

**Marketing Duties:**

Take videos and photos of treatments, products, and clinic activities.

Edit and create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.

Manage and update our social media pages, ensuring consistent branding.

Stay on top of trends to create viral and engaging content.

Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements.

Engage with followers and respond to messages/comments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
