  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including feasibility studies, land acquisition, planning, construction, and project delivery.
  • Develop and execute strategic project plans aligned with company goals and financial objectives.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to local regulatory standards, zoning laws, and building codes.
  • Manage project budgets, implement cost control measures, and develop risk mitigation strategies to enhance profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities, consultants, architects, and contractors.
  • Drive the adoption of sustainable practices and innovative construction techniques.
  • Lead and mentor the development team, ensuring high performance and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or Construction Management.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in property development, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Proven expertise in leadership, project management, and financial oversight.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Project.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month
