Position: Admin Assistant
Location: Subang Jaya SS14
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
· Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders.
· Transfer data from a hard copy to a digital database.
· Update customer information in a database.
· To preview transactions and documentation for compliance.
· To check invoices, bills, vouchers, or documents for corrections before entering them into records.
· Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers.
· Type in data quickly and efficiently.
· Responsible for any assigned general administrative job.
· To assist in any other task as and when required by management.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
· Candidate must possess SPM.
· Fresh grade is welcome to apply.
· Computer literate
· Able to work under pressure and meet the dateline.
· Able to communicate in Mandarin /Cantonese
Remuneration Package:
- Basic RM 1,800.00 – RM 2,000.00 (Fresh)
- Basic RM 2,200.00 – RM 2,500.00 (with experiences)
- 5 days’ work 9.00am – 6:00pm
