Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling administration tasks - Renew car license, business license, arrange company car for service, arranging company trip, annual dinner, liaise with canteen and security guard, and SECOM.
  • EHS - Schedule waste management, liaise with DOE and DOSH, arrange yearly inspection DOSH, identify risk and prevention, monitor on the health and safety regulations, documentations and data, coordinate safety and healthy minutes meeting, ensuring up-to-date information, policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Accommodation matter - Liaise with home owner for any issues on the foreign workers accommodation, maintenance, safety, etc.
  • Perform any necessary local purchase activity.
  • Visit to the waste water plant in Shah Alam every weekly to submit statistical reports from management.

Job Requirements:

  • Have relevant working experience related to the Administrative role.
  • Possessed own transportation.
  • Willing to travel.
