ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares payroll by calculating pay, distributing checks, and maintaining payroll records.
- Provides orientation for new employees by providing information package, reviewing company policies, gathering withholding and other payroll information, explaining benefit programs, and obtaining signatures for documents.
- Maintains human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, and merit increase dates as well as tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
- Administers employee benefit program including medical, mileage, leave and allowance by advising employees of eligibility, providing application information, helping with form completion, verifying submission, and notifying employees of approvals.
- Documents and tracks human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Accomplishes Admin & Human Resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
QUALIFICATION
- Diploma holder only
- Malaysian citizen only
- Fresh graduates or minimum 1 year experience in HR department.
- Basic in Microsoft Office – Word and Excel
- Attention to detail and through.
- Good time management and organizational skill.
COMPETENCIES / SKILLS
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Ability to operate general office equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
