ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepares payroll by calculating pay, distributing checks, and maintaining payroll records.
  • Provides orientation for new employees by providing information package, reviewing company policies, gathering withholding and other payroll information, explaining benefit programs, and obtaining signatures for documents.
  • Maintains human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, and merit increase dates as well as tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
  • Administers employee benefit program including medical, mileage, leave and allowance by advising employees of eligibility, providing application information, helping with form completion, verifying submission, and notifying employees of approvals.
  • Documents and tracks human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
  • Accomplishes Admin & Human Resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma holder only
  • Malaysian citizen only
  • Fresh graduates or minimum 1 year experience in HR department.
  • Basic in Microsoft Office – Word and Excel
  • Attention to detail and through.
  • Good time management and organizational skill.

COMPETENCIES / SKILLS

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Ability to operate general office equipment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,400.00 per month

Work Location: In person
