  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

BUILDING MAINTENANCE

IMMEDIATE VACANCY – Permanent Position

Primary Location: Setapak

Salary Range: RM3,000.00 to RM4,000.00 per month

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of building & structure, electrical and mechanical system.
  • Perform ongoing correction, preventive and predictive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other site systems.
  • Carry out inspection, testing and maintenance of electrical problems and troubleshoot to identify electrical components or systems issues.
  • To ongoing daily site progress of work/ site inspection/ all related based on management requirement.
  • Safekeeping of site tools, equipment and instrumentation.
  • Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.

Requirements:

  • Requirement: Diploma in Civil Engineering /Mechanical /Electrical /Building Technologies or any relevant technical disciplines.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Good command of English language.
  • Good skills in maintenance job and repairing in aspect of building facilities.
  • Candidates possess electrical and electronic skills / experiences will be added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
