Job Description
Job Purpose:
The position will be responsible to assist in designing, develop and implement organisational development initiatives for the company such as job design, performance management, talent management, competency development, manpower planning and employee engagement.
Job Accountabilities:
- Design posters and visual materials for training events, internal communications, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Create and enhance presentation slides for training programs, meetings, and HR-related communications.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining training documentation, manuals, and records.
- Support the coordination and organization of training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
- Develop engaging content for internal communications, such as newsletters, emails, and intranet updates.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all learning and development materials align with the company’s brand and messaging.
- Conduct research to support learning and development strategies and identify new training tools or methods.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to training programs, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and feedback collection.
- Participate in HR projects related to employee development, culture building, and internal communications.
Qualifications
- Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Human Resource Management and equivalent.
- Strong creative and design skills, with experience using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar.
- Good Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Eagerness to learn about HR processes, especially in learning, development, and internal communications.
