Job Description:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify potential dealerships and distributors to expand the company's network.
- Reach out to new prospects and establish strong business relationships.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the company's motorcycles.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with dealers and distributors.
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing dealers and distributors.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and assistance to dealers to ensure successful sales.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback from dealers and clients in a timely manner.
- Act as a liaison between the manufacturing company and its sales partners.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Gather feedback from dealers and customers to improve product offerings.
- Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for management.
Product Knowledge and Training:
- Stay updated on the company's motorcycle models, features, and technical specifications.
- Conduct training sessions for dealers and distributors on new products and enhancements.
Sales Targets and Performance:
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team and management to set and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute action plans to meet or exceed sales goals.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure that all sales-related paperwork and documentation are accurate and complete.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Job Requirement:
- Preferably proven track record of successful sales experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- In-depth knowledge of motorcycles, their technical aspects, and the market landscape.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and dealers.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to travel frequently to meet with dealers and attend events.
- Proficiency in using sales software and tools.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Understanding of market research and sales analysis.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
