Job Description:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify potential dealerships and distributors to expand the company's network.
  • Reach out to new prospects and establish strong business relationships.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the company's motorcycles.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with dealers and distributors.
  • Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing dealers and distributors.
  • Provide ongoing support, training, and assistance to dealers to ensure successful sales.
  • Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback from dealers and clients in a timely manner.
  • Act as a liaison between the manufacturing company and its sales partners.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Gather feedback from dealers and customers to improve product offerings.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for management.

Product Knowledge and Training:

  • Stay updated on the company's motorcycle models, features, and technical specifications.
  • Conduct training sessions for dealers and distributors on new products and enhancements.

Sales Targets and Performance:

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team and management to set and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute action plans to meet or exceed sales goals.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure that all sales-related paperwork and documentation are accurate and complete.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Job Requirement:

  • Preferably proven track record of successful sales experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of motorcycles, their technical aspects, and the market landscape.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and dealers.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to travel frequently to meet with dealers and attend events.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and tools.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Understanding of market research and sales analysis.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
