  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated fresh graduate to join our team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Employee Matters. If you have internship experience in HR and are passionate about employee relations, congliance, and organizational development, this is an exciting opportunity for you to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. In this role, you will support and provide guidance on a variety of employee-related matters, ensuring alignment with company policies, local labor laws, and organizational goals.

Requirements

  • * Education Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • * Experience: Internship experience in Human Resources or
  • * Employee Relations is preferred.
  • Knowledge: A strong understanding of labor laws, employee relations practices and HR policies is an asset with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal and
  • problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and interact with employees across different levels.
  • Analytical Ability: Ability to analyze HR data and provide
  • * actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Confidentiality & Integrity: Strong ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest ethical standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
