  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Descriptions

  • Provide first-line technical support to users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripheral devices
  • Assist with the deployment and maintenance of IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, and printers
  • Respond to support requests in a timely and efficient manner, effectively documenting all actions taken
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the overall reliability and performance of the IT infrastructure
  • Ensure the effective and efficient operation of all computer system.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all IT-related activities

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar IT Technician or support role
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
