Job Duties:
- Handle call and emails regarding inquiries from clients, candidates, and stakeholders regarding certification, exam processes, and project details. Provide accurate and timely information and support.
- Provide information and guidance to clients on exam preparation, certification requirements, and other related services.
- Application processing; basic products only (renewals)
- Ensure the highest quality of service is provided at all times, with strict adherence to agreed service levels.
- Be an ambassador for treating all internal and external customers with respect and in a professional manner at all times.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of current customer processes and procedures.
