Inventory / Accounts Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
*Data Entry
- Check the inventory stock quantity records.
- Monitoring the movement of the inventory.
- Data entry & data analysis stock adjustment to ensure accuracy of inventory data.
- Coordinating with the sales and delivery teams and verifying records with stock in hand.
- Ensuring all the data from the platform tally with the SQL system.
*Documentation and File Management
- Organize and maintain business documents in a good order.
*E-Commerce Platform Support
- Manage product listings, removals, and updates on e-commerce platforms.
- Assist with platform maintenance and operational issue resolution.
*Order and Customer Maintenance
- Assist in processing and tracking orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Assist in receiving goods in the warehouse to ensure in a good condition.
- Assist in do the loading and unloading arriving stock.
*Cross-Department Coordination
- Communicate with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to address business needs efficiently.
Required Qualification:
- Minimum STPM/ Diploma in Business / Accounting
Required Skills and Experiences :
- Inventory/ Account : 2 years (Preferred)
-Familiar with SQL accounting system.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision , independently and as part of a team
- Can work under pressure/ multitasking
- Fast learner

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
