  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Main Responsibility:-

Production Planning Executive is an operation who creates the production schedule for the

manufacturing of products and to ensure that customer demands are met.

Job Description:-

1. To generate Monthly Production Schedule and weekly Production Schedule based on forecast and customer’s purchase order.

2. Responsible for production planning analysis as well as inventory control to maintain safety stock level.

3. Responsible to slow moving product and ageing stock monitoring and control.

4. Liaise with BDM Coordinator for customer order and delivery schedule.

5. Ensure smooth and efficient workflow in planning activities.

6. Work closely with production to monitor production plan vs actual output in order to meet customer requirement.

7. Liaise with production team on all matter regarding delivery schedule.

8. Highlight and escalate issues that may lead to potential delay in delivery.

9. To prepare Daily Production Plan vs Output report.

10. Issue Manufacturing Order for After Market Product by checking on the materials availabilities.

11. Prepare “Monthly Delivery Instruction” to local major supplier.

12. Any ad hoc job as assigned time by time.

13. Assist each other’s Planner on Production Planning.

Minimum Requirement(s):-

1. Diploma and above in any discipline.

2. At least 2 years relevant working experience or fresh graduates.

3. Innovative, self-motivated and have a good analytical mind.

Required Skill(s):-

1. Computer literate such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word &Power Point.

2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

3. Basic knowledge of production planning, scheduling and manufacturing control system.

4. SAP system knowledge is added advantage.

5. Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy and working under tight time deadlines.

6. Ability to evaluate, prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
