ADMIN EXECUTIVE
Prepare communications professionally, such as memos, emails, official letters, and other correspondence.
Manage utility / miscellaneous bills.
Prepare insurance application & claim submissions.
Compile, proofread and revise drafts of legal documents and tenancy agreements.
Consistent follow up to ensure documents are processed in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal team members, Leasing Department and Landlord on tenancy and leasing related matters.
Liaise with Government Statutory to research and obtain relevant information regarding various procedures
Involvement in day-to-day treasury operations
Maintain proper filing of document
Key data into company accounting system
Deal with all inquiries regarding maintenance, complaints from residents, etc. to ensure quality and timely delivery of services / responses to the residents.
Handle incoming and outgoing office correspondence
Provide administrative support such as filing, copying, distribution, scanning, printing, archiving etc.
Liaise with HQ to arrange CTC documents
Responsible for the coordination of arranging documents for signing & compilation
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management
MUST have own transportation and be able to travel to site in Persiaran Endah, Taman Seputeh.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
