Responsibilities

  • Proficient in SQL Software and Microsoft Excel
  • Receive and process payments, invoices, bills, statements and other accounting information for supplier & customer.
  • Ensuring payments, amounts, and records are correct
  • Quotation, Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Invoices, and Order Price List processing and filing
  • Consolidate receipts & preparing report for Petrol (Caltex & Petron) usage of Lorry Drivers
  • Purchasing and receiving orders
  • Handling quality control of the received and selling items (eg: Fruits and Vegetables)
  • Assisting in payroll management such as outlet staffs' overtime calculation
  • Others Admin duty

What do you need to have?

  • At least 2-3 Years of working experience in the Purchasing and Accounting field.
  • Have SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or any relevant field.
  • Excellent organizing abilities.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen.
  • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
