  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY:

a) Processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

b) Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.

c) Preparing bills, invoices and bank deposits.

d) Schedule large shipments and plan logistics to ensure that there is sufficient storage space for incoming items.

e) Keep files of goods shipped and received.

f) Prepare regular shipping and receiving reports for managers.

g) Liase with statutory bodies related to income taxes and related financial matters.

h) Assist on planning, organizing and controlling of finance, accounting taxation, budgetary control.

i) To undertake other related jobs as directed by the superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

a) Min Diploma in Accounting field or equivalent.

b) Knowledge of computer is preferred.
