Job description
- Manage the recruitment process ensuring the timely hiring of skilled and qualified staff to meet the manpower requirements, with the complete documentation for the hiring.
- Liaise with the respective Head of Departments on the pre-screening of the shortlisted candidates, arrange the interview accordingly.
- Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability to the requirements of the job.
- Effectively explore and propose internal and external recruitment advertising. Screen candidates based on set hiring standards and specific criteria.
- Play an active role in candidate interviews as part of the selection panel.
- Ensure job offers are promptly extended to selected candidates.
- Prepare and propose the salary proposal for the new hirings based on the existing salary scale and rational package.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of their open positions
Requirement
- Candidate shall possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration with 2-3 years of working experience in related field.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work and meet tight deadline.
