Vacancy for Sales Executive
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Understand and explain company products, treatment packages, or services to walk-in customers.
Reach out to customer leads via cold calling, WhatsApp or other online channels if needed.
Meet or exceed in-house sales goals by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate services or packages.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with walk-in customers.
Provide solutions to address and resolve customer issues or challenges on-site.
Collect cash and handle credit card transactions to process payments for purchases.
Schedule and coordinate customer appointments for treatments or consultations.
Work with the sales and marketing team to develop targeted in-house sales strategies.
Track online sales data to ensure the company meets online sales quotas.
Create and present sales performance reports.
Continuously improve sales techniques through feedback and analysis of online sales trends.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure online promotions and advertisements are aligned with customer needs and inquiries.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
