- Assist Operations Manager to oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, compliance with standards, and financial performance metrics.
- Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and visually appealing at all times.
- Handle cashier duties in adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including accurate cash handling, payment processing, and daily reconciliation.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate timely supply orders with licensor.

- Leverage critical thinking and strong communication to address challenges effectively.
- Complete comprehensive cross-training in all hourly roles to support the operation team effectively during peak times.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute special events, holiday promotions to outlet customers

- A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or experience managing retail attractions is a plus.

- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a team while owning specific areas of responsibility.
- Experience in organizing and executing team-building or corporate events is a plus.
- Willingness to work hands-on and adapt to a playful, energetic environment (we’re a paint-blast facility!).
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to manage equipment, troubleshoot software, and quickly learn new systems.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to manage interactions with customers and staff professionally
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Confident in managing large groups, including families and children, in an engaging and safe manner.
- Strong sense of urgency and demonstrated ability to work independently.
