- Stay informed about industry best practices, regulatory changes, and market trends affecting credit control and financial risk management.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any field. Master's degree or professional certificate is an added value.
- At least 3 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable, with at least in a supervisory or senior role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of high-value accounts and driving efficient collections.
- Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, credit limit setting, and payment terms negotiation.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve collective target.
- Proficient in using financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage customer relationships effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
