  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any field. Master's degree or professional certificate is an added value.
  • At least 3 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable, with at least in a supervisory or senior role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of high-value accounts and driving efficient collections.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, credit limit setting, and payment terms negotiation.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve collective target.
  • Proficient in using financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
