- Performing the online scalp consultation and recommending products and services
- Collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Supporting promotional activities, road shows, exhibitions, health seminars, talk
- Executing, updating and recording matters related to new outlets/ outlet details
- Support outlets on POS system utilization and management
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, feedback/complaints
- Servicing accounts of whole Malaysia outlets
- Outlets visit begore or during event, ensure smooth operations towards SOP
- Maintain and manage outlets visit checklist & report
- Formulate standard operating procedures related to operations
- At least 1 years working experience in related field or customer service
- Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and customer service skills
- Willing to travel often for outlet visit
- Good interpersonal skills, initiative, creative and innovative
