  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and update product listings on the company website and multiple e-commerce platforms.
  • Assist customers via chat, email, or phone regarding product inquiries, orders, and returns.
  • Manage online orders, update order status, and coordinate shipping or delivery.
  • Assist walk-in customers with inquiries and purchases.
  • Manage and update social media pages with promotions, new product launches, and marketing campaigns.
  • Edit and create short videos for social media platforms like TikTok.
  • Monitor and compare competitor pricing to ensure our products are competitively priced.

Requirements:

Experience in e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.) is a plus. Basic knowledge of social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Good communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of cameras and photography is a bonus. Experience in editing short videos for TikTok is highly preferred. Able to communicate in Chinese, Malay, and English. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! We value a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
