  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT job roles, technical skills, and industry requirements.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent Mandarin (written & spoken) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Networking & Relationship-Building: Ability to engage top IT talent and hiring managers.
