- Experience: 3-5 years in IT recruitment, specializing in China’s talent market.
- Database Access: Strong access to China-based recruitment platforms (e.g., 51Job, Zhaopin, Liepin).
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT job roles, technical skills, and industry requirements.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent Mandarin (written & spoken) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
- Networking & Relationship-Building: Ability to engage top IT talent and hiring managers.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills in Mandarin and English.
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for software engineers, data developers, IT project managers, etc.
- Familiarity with China’s hiring regulations and local culture.
- Understanding of other Asian talent markets is a plus.
