Responsibilities:- Handle full sets of accounts and responsible for smooth month-end closing, monthly reports and other financial matters.
- Handle data entry and responsible for day to day accounting recording function
- Prepare monthly P&L and schedule of Balance Sheet for Management to review according to deadline.
- To provide accurate and timely financial information for decision making.
- To handle payroll
- Ensure statutory submission are submitted before due date.
- Assist in external and internal audit assignments.
- To handle income tax and related matters.
- Knowledgeably answering audit queries.
- Knowledge in all accounting procedures and principles.
- Any ad-hoc tasks as required by management from time to time.
Requirements:- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, partly professional qualification or Degree in Accountancy/Finance.
- At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required in this position or more of related working experience.
- Preferably with knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of Auto Count and SQL is an added advantage.
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
