- To assist Public Relations Manager in executing PR strategies align with marketing plan.
- To assist Public Relations Manager in maintaining and building relationships with Medias, KOLS, and celebrities.
- To assist in executing innovative ideas for PR engagements – Content Creations & local influencer product seeding initiative.
- Track and measure PR results through monthly reporting and analysis of competitor report.
- To assist in scheduling and coordinating PR activities and events in accordance with marketing plan.
- To coordinate with vendors, partners and organizations for PR activities and events.
- To assist and coordinate with Event Manager to organize Events for any new launches and campaigns.
- To assist on planning and execution for Events – Centre Courts and Pop-Ups ensuring a seamless execution in line with Dior’s brand image and marketing plan.
- To coordinate with internal teams and external partners such as Agencies, Vendors, Mall Management, and organizations to initiate events.
- To assist on post event reporting.
- To assist on bidding for major events.
- To assist and execute Offline media campaigns (OOH, Cinema and Magazine) align with Media Plan.
- Monitor offline Media Plan to ensure timely delivery of advertising material.
- To coordinate with Media Agency on offline Media Plan, related to reporting and analysis.
- Monitor and manage expenses of PR & Events Budget to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
- Assist in Purchase Orders preparation, tracking expenses and invoices to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to provide strategic insights and recommendation.
- To assist in department administrative duties or any other ad-hoc duties as and when required related to the overall job scope.
- Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or relevant fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
- 2 to 5 years of related marketing experience, specifically around customer marketing, customer insights, retail & digital marketing. Preferred with exposure to international brands.
- Experience working in the beauty industry, luxury products or higher segment consumer goods will be an added advantage.
- Excellent in communications, presentation skills, time management skills.
- Keen eye for aesthetics and sharp attention to detail.
- Critical thinker and analytical problem solver.
- Excellent planning and organizing skills with drive for results, problem solving and action oriented.
- Full professional proficiency English.
- Professional working proficiency in Malay and Chinese Language will be an added advantage.
