VP of Brand, Brand & Communications
Position Overview: The VP of Brand will be responsible for developing and executing the bank's brand strategy to drive the OCBC brand equity that is aligned with the Bank’s brand values and corporate strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of branding and marketing, with work experience on large-scale advertising campaigns. Knowledge of the financial services industry would be an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Brand Strategy Development:
- Create and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the bank’s purpose, values and ambition.
• Brand Management:
- Drive corporate identity consistency across the Bank.
- Work with business units to ensure brand alignment.
- Foster relationships with external partners, agencies, and media to amplify brand presence.
- Monitor brand performance for continuous enhancement to brand efforts.
• Digital and Social Media :
- Work alongside the bank’s social media and digital teams to build brand affinity
Qualifications -
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in brand management or marketing.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
• Experience in digital marketing and social media strategy.
• Relevant media relations and agency experience would be an asset.
