Role & Responsibility:

Description:

  • Support the Head of Corporate Innovation Development in meeting CEDAR’s KPIs.
  • Execute tasks related to non-financing interventions to support entrepreneurs.
  • Actively participate in stakeholder management in various sector such as but not limited to corporate, agencies and ministries
  • Assist in the coordination and development of new modules and products such as but not limited to ESG, IR4D and AI.
  • Contribute to the identifying, onboarding and deployment of Technical Service Provider as a new revenue stream for CEDAR.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting according to project and stakeholder requirements.
  • Aid in the preparation of training programme proposals within stipulated deadlines

Stakeholder and Client Management:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain ongoing rapport with key stakeholders through regular visits and proactive identification of new opportunities.
  • Participate in meetings with both internal teams and external stakeholders to provide updates on current initiatives.

Business Development and Strategy:

  • Identify market opportunities and contribute to the development of strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding product lines.
  • Drive growth by focusing on strategies that enhance financial performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the closing of new business deals by coordinating requirements and assisting in contract negotiations.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Communication:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and reporting of training programmes, including conducting statistical analyses.
  • Prepare and present frameworks, proposals, and presentations for external stakeholders.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay informed about the latest trends.

Project and Performance Management:

  • Ensure the deliverables of secured training programs, ensuring pre- and post-work tasks are completed effectively.
  • Coordinate with the Project Management Division to ensure thorough and timely task execution.
  • Report on the performance of initiatives to the Head of Corporate Innovation Development and stakeholders.

Accountabilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of program timelines and execution.
  • Preparation of proposals aligning with stakeholder needs and organizational goals.
  • Contribute to the improvement on the uptake of the HRD Corp Claimable Courses initiative
  • Manage continuous client and stakeholder relationship
  • Manage and report on business development programs effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in business operations, consulting, venture capital, entrepreneurship, stakeholder management, sales and/or related fields.
