Join us as the Head, ESG & Strategic Management, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our company's future. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will drive corporate strategy, enhance external stakeholder engagement, oversee performance management, and lead product development initiatives—all while positioning our company for international growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Planning and Strategy

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine business strategies and plans.
  • Identify, initiate, and oversee key strategic initiatives that drive long-term growth.
  • Continuously review and enhance business plans to align with market dynamics.

Sustainability

  • Develop and execute the company's ESG strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement ESG initiatives and projects.
  • Monitor and report on ESG performance metrics and progress towards goals.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including investors, customers, and employees, to communicate the company's ESG efforts.

Market Intelligence & Industry Insights

  • Conduct in-depth industry analysis to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
  • Perform macroeconomic research (local, regional, and global) to guide decision-making.
  • Oversee external market research projects and provide strategic insights to senior management.
  • Develop compelling reports and materials that support corporate visibility and influence.

International Engagements

  • Build and maintain strong international relationships to expand our global footprint, including the company’s collaboration with industry associations such as ISMMA, ASMMA and ABM.
  • Contribute to the company’s international strategy through research, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Represent the company at global forums, discussions, and strategic collaborations.

Product Development & Solutions

  • Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including rating agencies, regulators, policymakers, and potential joint-venture partners.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for new product solutions that align with market needs.
  • Support cross-functional teams in developing and launching innovative financial solutions.

Performance Management and Reporting

  • Oversee the development of corporate KPIs aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare quarterly performance reports for senior leadership review.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in corporate planning, strategic management, corporate finance, advisory, or market research.
  • Industry experience in banking, property, or capital markets is highly desirable. International exposure is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and creative mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Highly adaptable, able to navigate changing environments with ease.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
