RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with local government authorities, agencies, and statutory bodies to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Oversee business license renewals/applications, staff medical insurance, and vehicle insurance/road tax renewal.
- Manage overall office and factory administration, including supervising outsourced security guards.
- Ensure efficient performance of admin staff through supervision and monitoring.
- Assist in developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, ensure compliance, and align with company objectives.
- Facilitate smooth communication and coordination between departments.
- Organize meetings, convey information, and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for management review, regulatory purposes, and internal communication.
- Assist in budget planning, track expenses, analyze variances, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or equivalent.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, educate, and coordinate a team.
- Experience in process establishment, standardization, and system implementation is preferred.
- Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
