RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with local government authorities, agencies, and statutory bodies to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee business license renewals/applications, staff medical insurance, and vehicle insurance/road tax renewal.
  • Manage overall office and factory administration, including supervising outsourced security guards.
  • Ensure efficient performance of admin staff through supervision and monitoring.
  • Assist in developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, ensure compliance, and align with company objectives.
  • Facilitate smooth communication and coordination between departments.
  • Organize meetings, convey information, and resolve operational issues.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for management review, regulatory purposes, and internal communication.
  • Assist in budget planning, track expenses, analyze variances, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, educate, and coordinate a team.
  • Experience in process establishment, standardization, and system implementation is preferred.
  • Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
