Our company focuses on the international market expansion of high-quality alkaline batteries. We are currently looking for a Country Manager for the local Market to formulate and implement market development strategies, build and manage local sales channels, promote brand influence, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive market experience, strong business acumen, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies and market expansion plans for the local market.

Develop and manage local distributors, wholesalers, and channel partners.

Analyze market trends and provide competitive strategy recommendations to ensure the company’s product competitive edge in the market.

Monitor sales performance and ensure the achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.

Coordinate supply chain and logistics to ensure stable product supply and maintain good relationships with customers.

Work closely with internal teams (Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, etc.) to develop promotion strategies suitable for the local market.

Manage the local team (if applicable), nurture and improve employees' business capabilities and professional knowledge.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in market development, sales, or business expansion, preferably in batteries, consumer electronics, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries.

Familiarity with the operational model of the local market, with prior business expansion experience in the region being a plus.

Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to handle cross-cultural team collaboration.

Strategic thinking with the ability to independently develop and implement market development plans.

Strong data analysis skills, able to develop action plans based on market data.

Proficiency in localese and English (Chinese proficiency is a plus).

High sense of responsibility, ability to adapt to a fast-changing market environment, and independently handle issues.

Willingness to travel for business trips as needed.
