About the Role

Key Responsibilities

1.HR Operations

  • Assist in HR administrative tasks such as employee record management, payroll support, and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are well-documented and communicated.
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.

2.Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

3.Talent Development

  • Assist in planning and organizing training programs and workshops.
  • Track employee learning progress and maintain training records.
  • Support career development initiatives and employee performance evaluations.

4.HR Data Analytics

  • Collect and analyze HR data to support decision-making.
  • Generate reports on recruitment metrics, employee engagement, and workforce trends.
  • Assist in HR system updates and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1-2 years of HR experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR-related software/tools.
