Assistant Brand Manager
Responsibilities:
• Assist Marketing Manager in formulating brand objectives, strategies, new product development plan, budgets and plans for portfolio assigned.
• Implement effective campaigns by working closely with media department/ advertising agency / creative / activation / PR agency.
• Work within given budget and ensure optimum utilization of funds through close monitoring and regular analysis.
• Work in conjunction with NPD department to develop and launch new products.
• Conduct market research or trade surveys to investigate and keep abreast of competitor's activities, market trends and keep company informed of such activities and proactive actions.
• Work closely with sales team and provide regular support for promotional activities planned to ensure effective implementation in trade.
• Provide sales forecast and promotional plans to production for their production planning.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time.
Others' Requirement:
• Degree Holder preferably in Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 4+ years of working experience in Product / Brand management in FMCG
• Proficient in social media knowledge is an added advantage
• Passion for business growth, creativity & innovation
• Possess strong analytic skills, interpersonal skills and positive working attitude
• Aggressive, fast thinking and ability to operate within a challenging environment.
