Job Description:-

  • Collaborate with partner doctors to gather patient records and ensure accurate case submissions.
  • Assist doctors in pre-aligner treatment planning, ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines.
  • Submit treatment plans to the technical team and clarify doctor-specific requirements.
  • Act as the intermediary between doctors and lab technicians to resolve ambiguities in treatment plans.
  • Translate clinical needs into technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot issues during plan development (e.g., tracking errors, refinement needs).
  • Review cases pre-submission to ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation.
  • Maintain detailed records of patient progress, doctor feedback, and technical adjustments.
  • Identify bottlenecks in case submissions or plan approvals and propose solutions.

Job Requirements:-

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a dental/orthodontic practice, with exposure to treatment coordination, patient management, or clinical workflows.
  • Prior experience with clear aligner therapy or digital orthodontic workflows is highly preferred.
  • Ability to explain technical treatment details to patients in simple, empathetic terms.
  • Strong negotiation and diplomacy skills for liaising between doctors, technicians, and patients.
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail for accurate case submissions and documentation.
  • Resolve conflicts between clinical expectations and technical feasibility.
  • Proactively identify and address workflow bottlenecks.
