  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

The candidate provide support in maintaining the company's financial records and play a key role in the ERP (SAP) Implementation.

Job Description:

  • Able to handle full set of accounts and group consolidation.
  • Manage cash flow including monitoring bank balances, planning and verification of payments.
  • Handle accounting transaction entry, review bank reconciliation, fixed asset register, Capex & Opex tracking and day to day operations of accounting.
  • To prepare monthly accruals and provisions for expenses.
  • To prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reports including profit & loss, balance sheet, and others financial report.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of accounting record and filing.
  • Knowledge in Company Tax computation is an added advantage.
  • Involve ERP (SAP) Implementation, key role in the General Ledger, Account Payables & Banks modules.
  • Any other duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirement for this role:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent in Finance/Accounting.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Knowledge in Accounting software is essential i.e. SAP System or others ERP System.
  • Well verse with Microsoft Applications (Ms Word, Ms Excel and Ms PowerPoint).
  • Able to work under supervision, under pressure and multi-tasking.
