We are looking for a passionate Brand Manager to lead and grow our flagship Skincare DTC brand across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- This is an Manager role managing its own brand team, and covers the full spectrum of brand management across all centralised functions
- It is also an opportunity to be part of the Core Leadership driving the future of our business

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- P&L ownership: Overall brand P&L ownership, driving commercial growth to hit targets while optimising costs
- Brand positioning: Brand guardianship and the voice of the customer, refining brand positioning to remain competitive and resonate with customers
- Category expertise: Keeping abreast of the latest product, market, and customer trends, and competitive landscape
- Commercial strategy: Developing and executing commercial strategies to grow and defend market share
- Marketing campaigns: Planning and overseeing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition
- Product: Managing the product portfolio and pricing strategies, inc. supporting new product launches
- Insights: Monitoring performance metrics and leveraging data to inform decisions and maximise ROI
- Team leadership: Leading and managing the brand team day-to-day, ensuring team health and performance
YOUR PROFILE
- Background: 5+ years in brand management, e-commerce, marketing, or consumer-focused roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Category passion: Deep understanding of or passion for Beauty / Skincare is a must
- Commercial expertise: Proven P&L ownership and track record of achieving ambitious goals
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing high performing teams well
- Team player: Able to work well and collaborate with others
- Analytical: Analytical, thorough, detail-oriented, data-driven, and exercises high judgement
- Entrepreneurial drive: A self-starter that takes initiative, is comfortable with ambiguity and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty
- Startup fit: Thrives in a high growth and dynamic environment, and enjoys the hustle
