Key Responsibility: 1. Talent Acquisition of IT software resources:
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for local and expatriate IT talent.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates for various IT roles (Developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Quality Assurance, and niche IT skills).
- Conduct structured and behavioral interviews via phone, Zoom, Teams, and in-person meetings.
- Leverage hiring tools and job portals (LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Naukri, JobStreet, etc.) for talent sourcing.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Maintain a candidate pipeline and talent database for future hiring needs.
- Prepare and process payroll, including allowances, overtime, deductions, and statutory contributions.
- Ensure accuracy in EPF (KWSP), SOCSO, EIS, and LHDN submissions.
- Resolve payroll-related issues within the given time frame.
- Handle staff claims processing and benefits administration.
- Maintain and update medical and group insurance records with clinics and insurance agents.
- Ensure company policies and HR procedures align with the Employment Act 1955 and other labor laws.
- Oversee employee documentation, including contracts, offer letters, NDAs, and work permits for expatriates.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Manage foreign worker applications, visa renewals, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with ISO policies.
- Oversee and manage the performance appraisal process for employees.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, statutory compliance, and HR policies.
- Experience in technical recruitment, with the ability to evaluate IT candidates effectively.
- Proficiency in recruitment platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently and professionally.
- Strong communication skills for effective engagement with employees, stakeholders, and candidates.
