Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • BAU
  • Work with Business Users to implement the scorecards ,business rules and risk strategies in CRDE system
  • Ensure Change Requests to be deployed to Production within stipulated timeline as per agreed by business users.
  • Engage GT on the implementation of scorecard, business rules and risk strategies in CRDE.
  • Provide deployment verifications, production/cutover support to Business Users and handle system enhancements.
  • Manage stakeholders on deployment timeline and meet project delivarable according to milestones
  • Business Analysis
  • Thorough understanding of the retail products, conventional & machine learning scorecards business rules and Risk Strategies
  • Perform business analysis and produce Business Requirement Document and Specifications (e.g. BRD, Functional Spec, LBRM, etc)
  • Define functional and configuration specifications
  • Design, document and maintain system and organisation processes & workflows
  • Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Engage vendor for configuration of business rules, scorecards, risk strategies and system enhancements.
  • Quaity Assurance
  • Review and analyse Business Requirement Document and Specifications. Communicate key insights and findings
  • Evaluate configuration specification/ code according to Requirement Document and Specificatio
  • Collaborate with Test Manager to develop effective strategies and test plans
  • Prepare suitable test strategy, test plan, test scope and test script
  • Perform quality assurance – Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyse results
  • Report bugs and errors. Document test issues and test result
  • Create logs to document testing phases and defects
  • Help troubleshoot issues and drive resolution of issues
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout test lifecycle
  • Conduct post-release/ post implementation activities including problem solving. In the case of result not as per expectation, suport analysis of root course determination
  • Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing/ verification
  • Project
  • Support new initiatives such as new products , Straight Thru Processing / Instant Approval and etc.
  • Interpret necessary information (e.g. user/client requirements, relevant case studies, SOW, user manual, etc)
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Perform risk management to minimise project risks
  • Develop detailed project plan to track progress
  • Define reporting and alerting requirements
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of projects
  • Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors and stakeholders
  • Participate in project and perform activities – budget approval, attending project working group meeting, budget tracking , and etc.
  • Define and execute project delivery in accordance to the Bank’s policy so that every executions is within the Bank’s compliance (e.g. GPLC, PPM, etc
  • Track and rationalise expenses and future costs

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree from any reputable University
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy.
  • Analytical skills to collect and analyze information, problem solve and make decision.
  • Team player and good communication / presentation skills.
  • Independent to work with minimum supervision.
