Role Description
This position is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Migration Lead situated in Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia. The individual in this role will be tasked with the management of migration projects, resolution of issues, and supervision of data migration procedures within databases. Additionally, they will be responsible for formulating and implementing a data migration strategy to transition legacy HR systems to the new platform.
Requirements:
1) Experience in data migration and ETL processes.
2) Strong knowledge of database management systems and data mapping.
3) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
4) Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
5) Strong understanding of system design, microservices, and enterprise architecture.
6) Excellent communication and leadership skills.
